Thou greatest enemy is thyself

MORNING: Duathlon at East Coast Park..did 3km run, 7.5km cycle, then 300m run in 45:24, alone. 1st place, but if Xin Mei hadn’t overslept, I would’ve got 2nd. Was rly emo, surrounded by so many outstanding athletes. Plus my leg muscles weren’t aching >> no FATS were burnt! ARGH~ o.O”

AFTERNOON: Visited Mr Tan, my O level music teacher! xD JO-ASH is adorable and absolutely charming at 13 months old. He inherited the best traits from his Chinese dad and British mum.. =) Wingki, Weilin, Lin Lin, OSY, Amanda, Xin Yi and Tiffany haven’t changed much, only I looked different… again. Gosh.

EVENING: Wonderful CNY dinner and games at SBM! Love the catered vegetarian food! Same ol’ crappy conversation wif the guys. Sou Kuin left her handprint on my shoulder. Listening to Juulia and Iida sing beautifully. Ahh, what a perfect way to end a day.

NIGHT: Too tired to catch my sister’s dance item at Chingay, but I still had to find my mum among the milling crowd to get the house keys. Pathetic -_____-”
